What Is Motherhood Canada?
A Survey on SAHMs' Financial Management
In 1976, 36% of families with children were dual earner families, but in the year of 2014, that number has risen to 69%. More mothers are working now than in the past. Money is important in a couple's life.
Some couples like to keep their finances separate, while others like to have their own bank accounts. It takes a lot of time and energy to build up a profitable business when the kids are asleep, so you may not be able to start a business at midnight. If you decide to be a SAHM and not have an income, you should manage the household finances and know where the money is being invested to keep the power balanced between you and your spouse.
Are You Really Bad Moms?
It feels like bits of you are drying out from lack of attention. When they open up, they are criticized for being selfish and asked why they chose to become mothers in the first place. If you've ever had that thought and thought that you're a bad mom, then you're not alone.
The Journey of a Mother
There is a difficult job of being a mother. Every woman's story is marked by a new chapter. It gives you a new strength in yourself, something you didn't know was there until you had children.
It gives you a new sense of purpose and meaning. You meet a love and passion for your children that you have never experienced before. A mother is cleaning up messes.
It's wiping down kitchens after they've been used for a long time. From exploring all day, washing floors and cleaning windows was smudged with tiny fingerprints. It's drying your toddler's tears after a nightmare and wiping noses from sick babies.
Late night cuddles and kisses are what a mother is supposed to do. It's raining and there are pillow forts and blankets to protect you from the elements. It's family reunions, vacations, and road trip conversations.
It's wishing the day was over and then wishing it wouldn't end. The pieces are being re-built by the mother. The Lego tower was demolished by a toddler.

Reproductive Medicine in Ukraine
In Canada, the Netherlands and Finland, parents are required to reveal everything about the donor and the birth to the child when they reach the age of 18. In Georgia, Russiand Ukraine, as well as in many states of the United States, it is legal to have a surrogate mother. In Georgia, reproductive medicine is not high-level, and in Russia, even the contract does not guarantee the transfer of the newborn to the parents.
The program will cost between 30 and 180 thousand euros. The cost of medicine in the United States is more expensive than in the Ukrainian clinic where the surrogate mother is ordered. The quality of medical services is the same.
The world of reproductive medicine is standard for Ukrainian doctors. There are many clinics in Ukraine that have guaranteed programs with an unlimited number of IVF protocols. All applicants are guaranteed to become parents.
Using Images and Photographs in Oral History Studies
Through the event of the interview, oral history recognizes memory as an ongoing process. The memory is created when someone speaks. It is a result of the present, the questions, the relationship with the interviewer, and the context of family heirlooms.
The Giving Birth project encouraged participants to share images of themselves, their children, and other people, places or artifacts that they felt were relevant to their journey. Many were confused by the request to display artifacts, as they usually brought little from Italy. Images and photographs are used in oral history and memory studies because they represent the relevant life episodes in the narrative, serving as a portal into another life, interacting simultaneously with the interviewee, and the researcher.
Photographs act as interactive tools that continually evolve and relate to the present. The process is related on multiple levels and across time for the memories to come back to life at the moment of the interview. Photographs can be a counter-memory that can go as far as replacing memories and promoting a kind of forgetting when the image becomes the specific underpinning or tack that anchors an otherwise more subjective or vague memory.
The Good, the Bad and Ugly
Your friends might tell you to quit if you complain about your job. The world will tell you that you're not being nice and that children are a gift.
