1. Equipment and Services
To ensure your access to and use of our Services, you are responsible for acquiring and maintaining all necessary equipment and services at your own cost. As part of the registration process and each time you interact with our Services, you will provide certain information about yourself. By doing so, you agree that we can utilize the information we collect about you in accordance with our Privacy Notice, and you acknowledge that you have no ownership or proprietary interest in your account except as explicitly stated in these Terms.
If you choose to register with us, you commit to the following:

- Keep this information accurate, current, and complete at all times.
Should any information you provide become untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we reserve the right to terminate your access to your account and our Services.
2. Responsible Use of Services
We expect you to use our Services responsibly and refrain from activities that may breach local, state, national, or international laws and regulations. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Transmit material that is abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
- Send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any form of solicitation.
- Transmit material that contains adware, malware, spyware, software viruses, or any other code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
- Stalk, harass, or harm another individual, including revealing the real name of any fellow user who has chosen to use an alias on the Services.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Use any data-mining technology, automatic or manual processes to monitor, cache, frame, mask, extract data from, copy, or distribute any data from the Services, our network, or databases.
- Use any features of the Services for anything other than their intended purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers, our networks, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Services.
- Assist, permit, or encourage any person to perform any of the activities described above.
User Submission and Interactive Areas
3. Interactive Activities
We provide interactive activities for our online community, such as chat rooms, article and blog comment posting areas, reader photo uploads, reader ratings and reviews, saving favorite restaurants or fashion looks, bulletin boards (message boards), SMS text messaging, and mobile alerts, collectively referred to as “Interactive Areas.” To participate in the Interactive Areas, you must be at least thirteen (13) years of age. General members of our online community may have the opportunity to register for participation in the Interactive Areas, which may involve selecting a member name and password.
Please note that Interactive Areas not conducted, operated, and managed by us may require a different registration process.
4. Public User Submissions
User Submissions or postings by visitors to certain parts of our Services, including Interactive Areas, will be public and posted in public areas on our Services. Neither we nor our parents, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, members, directors, officers, employees, nor our contract or operational providers that conduct, operate, or manage the Interactive Areas will be responsible for the actions of visitors or third parties regarding any information, materials, or content posted, uploaded, or transmitted in these Interactive Areas.
We do not claim ownership of any User Submissions you provide for display or distribution through our Services. As the owner of your User Submissions, you grant us and our affiliates, representatives, sublicensees, and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, royalty-free, fully-paid license, sublicensable through multiple tiers, throughout the universe. This license allows us to use, distribute, syndicate, license, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform, create derivative works, and publicly display your User Submissions, in whole or in part, in any format or medium now known or later developed.
You retain all rights to your User Submissions. However, you waive any claims and assertions of moral rights or attributions with respect to your User Submissions.
We may display advertisements in connection with User Submissions and use User Submissions for advertising and promotional purposes without compensating you. These advertisements may be targeted to the content or information stored on the Services.
You are solely responsible for your User Submissions. By participating in any of the mentioned activities, you agree to follow our standards of conduct. While we may not pre-screen all User Submissions, we reserve the right to change, delete, or remove any postings in Interactive Areas that interfere with other people’s enjoyment of our Services. We may also cooperate with local, state, and federal authorities to comply with applicable laws.
We are not obligated to backup, host, display, or distribute any User Submissions and may remove or refuse any User Submissions at any time. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to any User Submissions. You represent and warrant that your User Submissions and our authorized use of such submissions do not infringe on the rights of any third party.
Please be cautious about sharing personal information (such as name, phone number, or street address) in Interactive Areas, especially when connecting through a third-party service. You are responsible for the consequences of sharing personal information about yourself on public areas of the Services.
5. Modifications
We may, at our sole discretion, make changes to these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes through reasonable means, such as posting a revised version of these Terms on the Services or emailing you at the address you provided during registration. If you object to any changes, your sole recourse is to stop using the Services. Continued use of the Services following notice of changes indicates your acknowledgment of those changes and agreement to be bound by the modified terms and conditions.
6. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspect of the Services with or without notice. This includes scheduling system downtime for maintenance and other purposes. You acknowledge that unplanned system outages may occur. While we aim to provide high-quality service, factors beyond our control may affect the quality and availability of the site due to its internet-based nature. Consequently, we cannot accept responsibility for connectivity issues you may experience when using the Services or any loss of material, data, transactions, or other information caused by system outages, whether planned or unplanned.
